Shipping policy
1. Scope of Application
Feuerland Shop delivers subject to the following General Terms and Conditions of Delivery and Payment, which apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
2. Delivery Conditions, Availability
Shipping is carried out by Deutsche Post, DHL, or UPS Express. This results in a standard delivery time of 2-4 business days (preferred delivery) or 2-5 business days (standard delivery) within Germany. Delivery times abroad depend on the volume and destination country and can be requested from us. Generally, 4-7 business days apply within the EU and 5-10 business days worldwide.
The customer pays a shipping fee of €5.95 (gross) for a delivery within Germany for a standard delivery or 2-5 business days for a standard delivery. €6.95 (gross) for a priority shipment, which is given priority treatment (packed and shipped more quickly). Cash on delivery is not possible.
If, for technical or logistical reasons, a shipment is split into multiple partial deliveries or packages, the customer pays the shipping fee only once.
If a shipment is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer, Feuerland Shop will only reship if the customer provides their correct address and reimburses the applicable shipping fee for the specified destination address. The shipping fee will then be refunded in full if the value of the goods exceeds the limit for free shipping. Alternatively, the customer is entitled to a refund of any payment made, less a processing fee of €5.

a) Availability of goods
Feuerland Shop maintains an extensive warehouse and uses inventory management to ensure that the goods displayed online are available. Should Feuerland Shop nevertheless determine after receipt of the order that the ordered goods are no longer available (or in insufficient quantities), Feuerland Shop will arrange for subsequent delivery as quickly as possible. In the case of an expiring/no longer restockable item, Feuerland Shop may withdraw from the contract by unilateral written declaration. A replacement delivery to the customer will not be made in this case; in this case, the customer will receive a refund of any payment already made.
b) Information on customs duties and fees or import sales tax
Other costs such as customs duties, fees, or import sales tax are not charged. We can ship goods VAT-free to businesses within the EU upon provision of a valid EU VAT number. For shipments to non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway), fees/taxes may apply when the shipment is cleared through customs.
3. Terms of Payment
The purchase price is normally due immediately upon receipt of the goods, without any discount, and must be paid within two weeks. Alternatively, Feuerland Shop can accept payments via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna Invoice, Shop Pay, or prepayment. Deliveries abroad are generally only made after advance payment.
When placing an order, you have the option of paying either via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna Invoice, Shop Pay, or by bank transfer/advance payment.
All prices are final prices and include – where applicable – the applicable statutory VAT.
a) Payment via Shopify Payments
With Shopify Payments, you can pay directly by credit card (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and digital wallets such as ApplePay and GooglePay. The following are also supported:
- Shop Pay for one-click checkout and installment purchase options
- SEPA direct debit (in the EU)
- Local methods such as iDEAL (Netherlands) or Bancontact (Belgium)
You select Shopify Payments during the order process, enter your payment details in the secure form, and confirm the payment. After successful authorization, the amount is immediately transferred to Feuerland Shop and shipping is initiated.
b) Payment via PayPal
PayPal is a globally established online payment system that enables fast and secure payment processing. You can log in with your PayPal credentials or – without your own PayPal account – pay by credit card or direct debit via PayPal. After completing the payment, Feuerland Shop will immediately receive a payment confirmation.
c) Payment via Klarna invoice
With Klarna invoice, you only pay after receiving the goods. Klarna assumes the risk of default and issues you an invoice, which you pay within the deadline specified by Klarna (usually 14 days after the invoice date). Processing is handled securely by Klarna Bank AB.
d) Payment via Shop Pay
Shop Pay is the quick payment method provided by Shopify. You enter your payment and shipping details once and can pay for subsequent orders immediately with one click. The encrypted payment details are sent directly to your stored credit card or other payment method. Feuerland Shop will receive immediate payment confirmation.
e) Payment by bank transfer/advance payment
