How to order?

How can I order from Feuerland Shop?

1. Shopping Cart

Select the products you wish to order by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. This will place your selection in your shopping cart. You can change this selection at any time until you submit your order by changing the quantity. You can delete products from your shopping cart by clicking the trash can icon. Clicking the "Checkout" button will take you to the checkout page to complete your order.


2. Checkout

Please log in with your email address and password if you already have a customer account; otherwise, please register as a new customer. Ordering as a "guest" is also possible. Your data will be collected, processed, and used in compliance with data protection regulations (Link to the privacy policy). It will not be used for any other purpose or passed on to third parties.


3. Check details / Select payment method and shipping

Now check your details, enter your desired payment method and shipping method. Clicking the "Check order" button will take you to the final step of the order process.

4. Complete the order process / Terms and Conditions and Data Protection

You will receive an overview of your order: the selected products, the shipping and billing address, and your contact details. Please check that all information is correct and read the General Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy carefully.

By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit your order to us. You are thereby making a legally binding offer. After submitting, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order and listing its details (order confirmation). This does not constitute a purchase contract. It only confirms that we have received your order. The purchase contract is only concluded when the goods are shipped after receipt of your order or a separate email "order confirmation".

5. Declaration of mandatory and voluntary information to be provided by the customer

When placing an order, the customer must provide the following information:

  • Email address
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Street
  • Zip code
  • City
  • Country/State
  • Country

6. Information on the Storage of the Contract Text

The contract text is written in German. We do not save the contract text. You can save the contract text in a reproducible format by printing or saving it using your internet browser or email program. To do so, please click on Print or select your internet browser's Print icon, or select [Print] in your browser's menu and follow the instructions there. To save, use the "Save Page" function in your internet browser's [File] or [Page] menu and select the [Website, Complete] option. If in doubt, please check your internet browser's documentation. By registering, you have agreed that your orders will be saved in your personal area [User Account] under [My Orders]. There you can view your past and current orders.
